Certified Professionals shall ensure that the project work is performed to NEBB Procedural Standards and that a copy of the Procedural Standards is readily available, as needed.
Responsible for all projects as a company representative at required meetings.
Ensure all systems shaves been tested, Adjusted, and Balanced in accordance with the NEBB Procedural Standards and the contract documents to assure accuracy of all data included in the final TAB Report.
Manage the Company?s Equipment Calibration Program and Equipment Comparative Calibration Program to ensure NEBB and Project calibration requirements are maintained.
Leads, trains (based on NEBB / Company literature and hands on training) and develops the professional growth of TAB Technicians to ensure they possess knowledge of HVAC system fundamentals and operating characteristics.
Possess the knowledge and skill in the proper use and care of all company equipment.
Ensures either a NEBB CP or a NEBB CT is continually present while TAB work is being performed on every NEBB certified project and directing those technicians in performing the work.
Responsible for the accuracy of any field measurements and certified reports generated.
Responsible for completing a comprehensive review of all reports prior to certifying.
Directs the implementation and execution of new projects as outlined through contractual requirements.
