RESPONSIBILITIES:Custodian of the Contract from Contractors side. ? Overall management and control of the total function, personnel administration and motivation, needs analysis, setting objectives / standards, planning and scheduling, problem solving and decision making, budgeting, organization structure developments, program development and implementation, computerized maintenance management systems and coordination with plant operations. ? Should have sufficient experience in refinery or petrochemical plant Maintenance. ? Should possess sound Technical and managerial abilities to lead entire Contractor Work force. ? The manager shall ensure that the SADARA Safety Requirements, OSHA Standards, Specifications, Good Engineering and House Keeping Practices as per SADARA requirements at adhered to and maintained. ? He will ensure the Safety Codes and Training requirements ae initiated and followed by the Project?s Safety Department, Supervisor, Foreman and all employees. ? The Manager shall create safety awareness by promoting Safety Meetings, Presentations, and open forum discussions and by implementing safety training. ? The manager shall review and oversee work methods and precaution with supervision before work starts. ? The Manager shall ensure all workforces under him to conduct safety audit as per SADARA SAFETY requirement. ? The Manager shall ensure the availability of Personal Protective Equipment?s. The manager shall set a personal example on site by wearing appropriate protective clothing and equipment at all times
