Major Responsibilities:Implementation of the project safety and project environmental programs relating to survey activitiesImplement and administer project wide survey programProvide technical direction to survey team and performance management of contractor survey crewsManage the preparation of technical requirements for third party survey provider to establish and maintain the project’s survey control networkManage the performance, safety and quality compliance of the third party survey teamsProvide support to field based survey operations and contractorsImplement and maintain all area survey dataImplementation and control the survey request form programImplement and maintain the survey equipment calibration audit program of contractor equipmentImplementation of project quality control program relating to field survey workManage the process of contractor compliance of survey completion documentation including As-Built recordsPerform verifications of contractor survey pointsEducation and Experience Requirements:Requires bachelors degree (or international equivalent) and 10-13 years of relevant experience or 14-17 years of relevant work experienceRequired Knowledge and Skills:Strong organizational, communication, and interpersonal relationship skills at varying levels of the organization.Ability to work effectively under pressure with changing priorities and deadlinesDemonstrated ability to effectively influence outcomes and escalate issues appropriately.Must be a self-starter and highly motivated to succeed.Demonstrated skill in identifying, analyzing and solving problems.Previous, related, working experience in the middle-east is highly preferred.You will be redirected to the company website to apply for this position
