Qualifications:Diploma, ITI, 12th or 10th in a related field.Age between 25 ? 45 years.Experience:Minimum 5 years in FM (Facility Management) Gulf region or overseas.Experience in FM service, O&M, snagging/desnagging, FIRE & HSE compliance.Experience working in high-rise buildings, malls, hospitals, banks, or similar sectors.Skills:Must have FM survey experience.Basic English and Arabic communication skills preferred.MS Office knowledge is a plus.Valid and transferable iqama required.Salary & Benefits:Basic: SAR 2000 + SAR 500 (food allowance) = SAR 2500 total.Medical and transport provided by company.
