Job Purpose:EC production superintendent role will provide focused leadership on improving operation efficiency as he will work with the staff for midterm plant issues, TAM activities and to improve MOCs and PM plan.Job Summary:Liaison for long term planning & system compliance. Updating and uploading documents in system. Responsible for IMRS meetings and walkthroughs, preparation of shutdown & TAM list.Role responsibilities:Ensure smooth plant production and qualityIdentify and analyze midterm operational challengesCoordinate with other departments to ensure plant performance aligns with operational goalsFollow up key performance indicators (KPIs) and take corrective actions as neededTroubleshoot production issues and work on solutionsEnsure plant is meeting all EHHS/RC/Government regulationsManage raw materials and coordinate with procurement and logistic for timely deliveriesReduce waste and optimize resourcesLead, monitor and control all RCA’s, Technical investigations and Open RecommendationsReport, monitor and control plant bad actors, Performance Killers and Sustainability KPIsEnsure full compliance to IMRS system e.g. eRM, Meriduem and EHHS actions with proper trackingReview TAM List activitiesReview lessons learned from past turnarounds to improve future shutdowns and startup efficiencyEnsure MOC procedures are properly followed for any process, equipment, or operational changesFollow up MOC’s implantation planReview and analyze PM dataOptimize PM and align with downtime strategyCoordinate with maintenance and reliability teams to optimize spare parts inventory and work order managementQualification and Requirements:Bachelor’s degree in chemical engineering12+ years of experience in Ethylene Craker Plant (Any relevant Steam Cracking Technology)Skills and Competencies:Excellent interpersonal and communication skillsWorking CollaborativelyAbility to work well under pressureAnalytical skillsTechnical proficiencyCritical thinking & decision makingYou will be redirected to the company website to apply for this position
