Job Description

Our ClientA leading technology consultancy are looking for a Corporate Development Manager to join their Strategy team.Your Responsibilities

  • We are seeking an experienced Support Desk Manager to build and lead our support department for Google Cloud. As the Support Desk Manager, you will be responsible for creating and implementing support policies, procedures, and standards, hiring and training a team of technical support analysts, and ensuring the highest level of customer satisfaction.
  • Build and lead a team of technical support analysts for Google Cloud
  • Create and implement support policies, procedures, and standards to ensure high-quality customer service
  • Develop and maintain a deep understanding of Google Cloud offerings and communicate updates to team and customers
  • Develop and implement a training program to ensure team members are knowledgeable and capable of supporting the latest Google Cloud offerings
  • Work cross-functionally with internal teams to ensure timely resolution of customer issues
  • Collaborate with the product development team to provide customer feedback and contribute to product roadmap discussions
  • Manage customer escalations to ensure timely and effective resolution
  • Analyze key performance metrics to identify areas for improvement and ensure service level agreements are met
  • Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices for Google Cloud support operations
Your Qualifications
  • 5+ years of experience minimum.
  • Saudi National working in the Kingdom.
  • Cloud experience preferably GCP.
  • Experience building a brand new service desk from scratch.
  • Experience creating processes, policies, KPIs.
