Review incoming materials documents ensure accuracy and update suppliers if anything needs to be modified to comply with government regulations.
Review incoming couriers and check their shipping documents are completed to be forwarded to brokers.
Receive raw material POs upon arrival at the port in SAP.
Send daily update to planner and supply chain manager on status of inbound shipments.
Coordinate with customs clearance specialist to support timely clearance goods.
Follow up closely with brokers companies to make sure all shipments cleared in advance and under control to be cleared on time, having all necessary shipping documents.
Make sure to comply all necessary requests to governments sectors from chemical permission or exemption prospective.
Ensure requirements for import and export are clearly communicated and any changes been announced.
Monitor chemical permits validity and consumption quantity and update planner/purchasing department and SCM.
Monitor exemption process and consumption quantity and update planner/purchasing department and SCM.
Coordinate Stock transfer orders between the plants communicating requirements as needed.
Provide support and backup across the supply chain team as needed.
