You will help bring medicines to the world even faster by embracing challenges, imagining what?s possible andtaking action.What You Will AchieveWorking with a dynamic team of Logistics and Supply Chain experts, you will play a critical role in planning and managing the efficient flow of products and services through the Pfizer supply chain cycle. You will be responsible for the import of products, which includes activities, such as planning and scheduling, ensuring related customer service and brokerage. You will manage customs transaction compliance, maintaining compliance within-countyand international regulations governing the shipment, receipt and documentation of imported/exported products and negotiating with foreign customers to develop handling agreements.As an associate, your focus on the job will contributeinachieving project tasks and goals. Through your domain knowledge and commitment, you will create a collaborative team environment for your colleagues.It is your hard work and focus that will make Pfizer ready to achieve new milestones and help patients across the globe.How You Will Achieve It

• Contribute to completion of project milestones and organizeownwork to meet project task deadlines.
• Plan daily execution of the Supply Chain processes to ensure material availability on time of supply delivery.
• Maintain fulfilment of market demand to ensure no stock outs and on time delivery for committed supply.
• Monitor and control full pipeline inventories to ensure availability as per requirements and minimize business waste.
• Identify, develop and maintain the Supply Chain Management Standard Operating Procedures (SOP) for current, new, or modified supply chain business process and supporting technologies.
• Plan and communicate internal warehouse transfers and ensure proper execution.
• Manage end to end process for purchase order from identifying the requirement andraising the order to the supplier tell material is available for production use.
• Manage customclearance for materials along with required documentation and all government related requirements/systems(SFDA letter, OK2FWD, SABER, SENAEI...etc).
• Timely submission of invoice and insuringpayment is done to supplier on time.
• Prepare distress inventory reports and manage write-off process.
• Create and maintain master data in the system as required.
• Monitor and manage the capacity of Pfizer warehouses by ensuring ideal stock levels for supply continuity.
• Prepare needed Supply chain reports, Supplier and production analysis for process enhancement and continuous Improvement.
• Prepare, report, and communicate Supply Chain Key Performance Indicators (KPI) to all assigned stakeholders, support activities for KPI?s fulfilment.
• Develop and update a rolling yearly plan for Material RequirementPlanning (MRP)/ Master Production Schedule (MPS) based on demand, available capacity, inventory, quality policies andcommunicateto assignedstakeholder.
• Manage document control including change orders, billings, purchasing documentation, contract administration.
• Monitor budget to ensure controlled spending.
• Ensure adherence to all plant safety and current Good Manufacturing Practices (cGMP) regulations to the highest standards with adherence to rightfirst timeprinciples.

QualificationsMust-Have

• Bachelor?s Degree.
• Microsoft Office Suite skills.
• Good written and oral communication skills.
• Experience with inventory management concepts.
• System Application and Products knowledge.

?Nice-to-Have

• Certified in Six Sigma/Lean management.
• Knowledge of Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP).
• Knowledge of domestic and international logistic and government regulations.
• Possesses a positive, continuous improvement mindset.
• Demonstrated capability to work as a team member in a matrix environment.
