SummarySupervises the overall functioning of the Operating Room Material Resources (ORMR) central store such as the effective utilization of the central stores staff, Operating Room (OR) stocks and supplies.Essential Responsibilities and Duties1. Acts as a primary liaison between OR and Supply Chain Management in dealing with supplies, procurement issues and purchase delivery of supplies.2. Responsible for placing purchase requisitions for approved new supplies after standardization monitors and ensures products are ordered accurately through Oracle and no duplication.3. Follows up and expedites schedule deliveries as per departments and ORMR Central Store requirement.4. Prepares monthly ORMR central store lists of expired items and submits for disposal through Technical Evaluation and Property Disposal Authorization System.5. Coordinates the receiving of new/re-ordered supplies with services and end users.6. Follows up recalled supplies and removes it from the shelves.7. Prepares reports and maintains records as required updates the Manager, ORMR, regarding the zero-stock level in ORMR central store and ORs.8. Maintains and updates supplies average monthly usage (AMU) in the ORMR central store or any other changes, plans, and places purchase requisitions for ORMR central store according to the AMU.9. Prepares ORMR central stores monthly report regarding slow moving items or non-moving supplies.10. Organizes the ORMR central store to meet the stores standards.11. Plans and coordinates stock items internal requisition from warehouse and medical store.12. Ensures the ORMR central store is ready for annual physical inventory.EducationBachelors Degree in Business Administration, or other related discipline is required.Experience RequiredOne (1) year of related experience with Bachelors Degree is required.Other Requirements(Certificates)Saudi Nationals Only.
