1. JOB DETAILS:Position Title: Lead OperatorBroad Band: M09: ProfessionalTalent Pipeline Layer: Manage Self Operational (MS)2. OVERALL JOB PURPOSE:Execute general work and perform duties to assist miners, with strict adherence to safety and operational regulations, rules and procedures3. QUALIFICATIONS, EXPERIENCE & SKILLS:Qualification: High school certificate (Align to Maadens requirements) Experience: 6 Year relevant experienceSkills:* Acute safety awareness and attitude* Basic literacy (read and write Arabic and/or English)* Meeting (official/regulatory) minimum standards of fitness to perform work in a mine/mine environment* Ability to understand and follow instructions* Basic understanding of applicable procedures* Basic knowledge of tools, equipment, materials* Initiative4.
