Job Description

SummaryEssential Responsibilities and Duties

  1. Administrates referralRegional patients medical reports and coordinates with concerned medicaldepartments for consultation via Tele-Applications.
  2. Manages time and conferencebetween one or more concerned facilities to participate in the Tele-Applications.
  3. Runs daily work related forthe Tele-Applications internally and externally that related to patients whomin need for urgent consultations from referral Hospitals around the Kingdom.
  4. Administrates and promotesTele-Applications with regional telemedicine and international facilities asneeded.
  5. Recommends approval-requiredresources (e.g. budget, space, equipment, and personnel).
  6. Interviews applicants andorients new hires to the proper operations of the Tele- Applications.
  7. Develops schedules, assignsemployees, and monitors performances, evaluations, and recommendations forappropriate actions in accordance with established policies and procedures.
  8. Communicates with alladministrative, financial, and medical services in the Hospital to pursueservices required for the operation of Tele-Applications.
  9. Prepares studies and submitsperiodic reports as required or directed.
  10. Manages and improvesTele-Applications networks and insures stabilities and efficiency.
EducationExperience RequiredOther Requirements(Certificates)Management Information System(MIS) Certification is required.
