Job Description

The role of a Staff Nurse in Saudi Arabia is pivotal in providing high-quality patient care within a medical hospital setting. Staff Nurses are responsible for assessing patient needs, implementing nursing care plans, and collaborating with healthcare teams to ensure optimal patient outcomes. This position requires a compassionate individual who is dedicated to improving the health and well-being of patients while adhering to the highest standards of medical practice.Responsibilities:

  1. Conduct thorough patient assessments to determine health status and care needs.
  2. Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians.
  3. Monitor and document patient progress, vital signs, and responses to treatments.
  4. Collaborate with healthcare professionals to develop and implement individualized care plans.
  5. Educate patients and their families about health management and disease prevention.
  6. Maintain a clean and safe environment for patients and staff.
  7. Participate in continuous professional development and training.
  8. Assist in the management of medical equipment and supplies.
  9. Respond to emergencies and provide first aid as necessary.
  10. Ensure compliance with hospital policies and regulatory standards.
Preferred Candidate:
  1. Registered Nurse with a valid nursing license.
  2. Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  3. Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment.
  4. Compassionate and patient-centered approach to care.
  5. Proficient in patient assessment and critical thinking.
  6. Willingness to work flexible hours, including nights and weekends.

  10. Fluency in English; knowledge of Arabic is a plus.
