Job Title: Student Counselor (Pakistani National Preferred)Job Summary:We are hiring a motivated and empathetic Student Counselor, preferably of Pakistani nationality, to guide and support students in their academic and career planning. The ideal candidate will play a key role in providing student-focused counseling, helping with admissions, and maintaining strong communication with students and parents?especially within the Pakistani community.Key Responsibilities:-Provide academic and career counseling to students.-Assist students in selecting suitable programs and planning their educational paths.-Communicate with parents regarding student progress, admission, and tuition matters.-Maintain student files and documentation related to counseling sessions.-Support during open house events, admission campaigns, and scholarship programs.-Coordinate closely with academic and administrative staff.-Guide Pakistani students in adapting to the Saudi education environment and supporting their needs.-Support visa and documentation processes if needed for student inquiries.Requirements:Bachelor?s degree in Education, Psychology, or Counseling (Master?s is a plus).Minimum of 1?2 years of relevant counseling experience.Good understanding of Pakistani education systems and student mindset.Fluent in Urdu and English (Arabic is a plus).Strong interpersonal and communication skills.Respectful, professional, and culturally aware.Good organizational and documentation skills.Preferred Skills:Knowledge of GCC-based Pakistani student challenges.Familiarity with international university application processes.Confident in public speaking for orientations and webinars.
