The Structural Foreman with Welding Procedure Record (WPR) knowledge supervises and coordinates structural construction activities with a special focus on welding operations. This role ensures that welding is performed according to approved procedures, quality standards, and safety regulations, while overseeing the daily work of structural teams on site.Key Responsibilities:Supervise structural construction activities, especially welding works, ensuring adherence to WPR standardsInterpret and ensure compliance with Welding Procedure Records and welding codesCoordinate with welders, inspectors, and engineers to maintain quality and scheduleInspect weld joints, workmanship, and materials to ensure compliance with specificationsEnsure all welding activities follow safety guidelines and regulatory requirementsManage and schedule daily tasks for the structural and welding teamQualifications:Relevant technical diploma or certification in Structural or Mechanical Engineering or related fieldProven experience as a Structural Foreman in construction projects with welding worksStrong knowledge of Welding Procedure Records (WPR) and welding processesAbility to read and interpret welding codes, drawings, and specificationsFamiliarity with site safety standards and welding safety protocols
