Reporting to the Director of Strategy, this role offers an exciting opportunity to contribute to shaping the future of our organization in a rapidly evolving healthcare landscape.Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and refine corporate strategies to support business objectives, including market expansion, product development, and portfolio optimization, in alignment with the companys mission and vision.
  • Conduct comprehensive market analysis, competitive intelligence, and industry research to identify emerging trends, opportunities, and threats that may impact the pharmaceutical sector.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams including R&D, marketing, finance, and regulatory affairs to assess strategic options, prioritize initiatives, and drive implementation plans.
  • Lead strategic planning processes, including the formulation of strategic goals, KPIs, and performance metrics to measure progress and success.
  • Evaluate potential partnerships, collaborations, and M&A opportunities to enhance the companys competitive position and accelerate growth strategies.
  • Prepare executive-level presentations, reports, and recommendations to communicate strategic insights, findings, and recommendations to senior leadership and key stakeholders.
  • Design and develop high-quality executive presentations for engagements with external stakeholders, potential partners, Board of Directors, etc. using industry-standard software.
  • Incorporate visual elements, graphics, and animations to enhance the storytelling and engagement of presentations.
  • Monitor and track industry dynamics, regulatory changes, and market developments to proactively identify risks and opportunities, and adjust strategies accordingly.
  • Foster a culture of innovation and continuous improvement by championing best practices, knowledge sharing, and cross-functional collaboration within the organization.
  • Provide mentorship, guidance, and support to junior team members, fostering their professional development and growth within the organization.
Skills, Knowledge And Expertise
  • Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Life Sciences, Pharmacy. MBA or advanced degree is preferred.
  • Minimum 7 years of experience in strategic planning, management consulting, or corporate strategy roles within the pharmaceutical or healthcare industry.
  • Proven track record of developing and executing strategic initiatives, with a strong understanding of market dynamics, competitive landscape, and regulatory environment.
  • Excellent analytical skills, with the ability to synthesize complex information, draw actionable insights, and make data-driven recommendations.
  • Exceptional communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate complex concepts clearly and effectively to diverse audiences.
  • Strong leadership capabilities, with the ability to influence and collaborate with cross-functional teams, build consensus, and drive organizational change.
  • Strategic thinker with a proactive mindset, high attention to detail, and a passion for driving innovation and continuous improvement.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple priorities effectively while maintaining a focus on delivering results.
