Matching with your Profile Years of Experience** 0 - 4 YearsExperience LevelJunior LevelEducation RequirementBachelor DegreeKey AccountabilitiesSourcing Operations* Implement sourcing strategies and methods in order to meet present and future TAQA Well Services/Corporate materials and items requirements by applying sourcing/purchasing principles, vendors/suppliers negotiations, and vendor relationship management.* Support analysis and calculation of procurement costs and development of cost reduction strategies, hence driving purchasing decisions based on cost and scenario analysis, as well as market trends.* Participate in vendor performance evaluation process and reflects assessment results after final approval in the vendors list data base.* Prepare Requests for Quotation (RFQ), Evaluation & Confirmation, and Purchase Order forms for requisition of manufacturing materials and items that are already approved in the production plan and submit to the Strategic Sourcing Lead/Manager for review and initiation.* Communicate with respective vendor/supplier to verify TAQA or Corporate materials received inspection reports findings and observations arrange for product return (if required).* Coordinate with vendors for TAQA and TAQA Well services inbound shipments and ensure required shipping documentation accuracy, authenticity, and are available well in advance.* Participates in the performance of the evaluation (pre-qualification process) of the identified vendors across different geographies.* Participate in the negotiation of pricing and terms with all vendors, and set guidelines so that the purchasing team has a clear understanding of purchasing parameters and processes as negotiated.Process Control* Support the reporting manager in modification, automation and implementation of process controls, to ensure standardization, optimization and effectiveness of departmental activities on a daily basis.Policies, Systems, Processes & Procedures* Act as the custodian of all QHSE policies, processes and procedure manual, so that work is carried out in a controlled and consistent manner.* Contribute to cost-efficient usage of all applicable resources to reduce wastage and unnecessary expense.Quality, Health, Safety, & Environment (QHSE)* Adhere to all relevant QHSE procedures, instructions and controls in line with QHSE policies and procedures to ensure safe, secure and environment to customers, the public, and its own people.Stakeholder Management* Collaborate with relevant internal stakeholders to manage the tender process for transportation and logistics services, to select contract providers with an optimum mix of quality and cost-effectiveness.Continuous improvement* Identify opportunities for continuous improvement across ones scope of work in order to achieve the Groups mission, vision and strategy.Change Management* Manage self during a change and identify opportunities to take part in change initiatives, programs and projects that reflect international best practices and changes in the competitive environment.Job RequirementsEducation / Qualifications* Required: Bachelor degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Manufacturing, Operations Management, or EngineeringExperience:* Required: 0 to 4 years of Procurement experience in a Sourcing role* Preferred: Prior experience in the OFSE industryBenefitsWork From Home Family Benefits Medical Insurance
