Job Description

Job PurposeSupport in providing functional alignment between RCU strategy and functions objectives and targets, and measure RCU contribution to Vision 2030 through assessment of National KPI s related to AlUla. Key Duties and ResponsibilitiesFunctional Responsibilities1Support in providing functional alignment between RCU strategy and functions objectives and targets.2Provide support to the measurement of RCU contribution to Vision 2030 through assessment of National KPI s related to AlUla.3Participate in the development of strategic KPIs in the N-1 and N-2 levels with the support of relevant sectors and departments4Support in the formulation of KPIs, targets, and Strategic Initiatives and develop the performance measurement framework.5Support the development of KPI cards for each KPI being measured which should include KPI description, formula, data source, targets and other key information of each KPI6Contribute to the facilitation of monthly and quarterly performance meetings and performance reporting.7Contribute to the performance measurement across the organization and establish a monitoring system and dashboards for strategic and operational KPIs.8Support the process of setting and cascading strategic objectives with the various departments in the organization.9Support ensuring initiatives performance, perform root cause/gap analysis, allowing the forecasting of future resource needs and highlighting areas of deviation where management action is required.10Contribute to providing reports to the top management on a periodic basis on RCU s performance towards strategy execution.11Support the sectors and KPI owners in collecting the required data to measure the set KPIs and ensure supporting material provided for every KPI under measurement where applicable12Support the validation of KPIs reporting from departments by collecting required evident material. Job RequirementsAcademic QualificationsBachelor s DegreeWork Experience 8 years of relevant experienceOther Requirements Written and Oral proficiency of Arabic & English languages. Excellent communication skills.
