Store KeeperJob Location : Saudi ArabiaKey Responsibilities:?Maintain accurate records of inventory, incoming and outgoing stock, and daily transactions.?Supervise the receiving, storage, and dispatching of materials and products.?Ensure the store area is well-organized, clean, and safe.?Conduct regular stock checks and reconcile physical stock with system records.?Monitor and report stock levels to avoid shortages or overstocking.?Work closely with procurement and project teams to ensure timely material supply.?Enforce company policies regarding stock handling, storage, and documentation.?Prepare stock reports for management as required.Requirements:?Minimum 3 years of proven experience in storekeeping or inventory control, preferably in the industrial or construction sector.?Strong organizational and time-management skills.?Familiarity with inventory management software and systems.?Basic knowledge of safety standards and procedures in warehouse operations.?Good communication skills in English (Arabic is a plus).?Ability to handle physical tasks such as lifting and organizing materials when needed.?Must be locally available in Saudi Arabia for transfer.?Preference will be given to candidates residing in or willing to relocate to Jubail.
