Join us on the journey to discover the intelligent scent experience.Job Overview:This role focuses on Stock Sales and Client Management and we are looking for a dynamic professional with a proven track record in the sharebroking industry. The role involves executing successful cold-calling strategies to promote stock investments, providing tailored investment advice, and managing client relationships.Responsibilities:

  • Conduct cold calls to generate leads, persuading potential clients to invest in stocks, and contributing to new account openings.
  • Analyze market trends and provide clients with personalized investment advice aligned with their financial goals and risk tolerance.
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of financial products and market conditions to offer informed recommendations.
  • Handle client inquiries, concerns, and requests promptly, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.
  • Utilize Microsoft Office tools and financial software for efficient call handling, report generation, and portfolio management.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address client issues, ensuring timely resolution and maintaining service quality standards.
  • Mentor new team members, contribute to team development, and participate in training programs as needed.
  • Stay informed about industry regulations, and compliance standards, and incorporate them into daily operations.
  • Provide clear guidance to clients, simplifying complex financial topics and facilitating understanding.
Requirements:Proven experience as a Stock / Equity broker or similar role.Certifications in Mutual Fund Distribution, and Equity Derivatives or relevant is a plus.Excellent communication and persuasion skills.Analytical skills for market trend analysis and risk management.Strong organizational and time management skills.Adaptability to handle a high volume of calls and emails while maintaining accuracy.Ability to simplify complex financial topics for effective communication.
