  • Forecasting supply and demand to prevent overstocking and running out-of-stock (OOS).
  • Ensure accurate product inventory for all stores.
  • Submitting purchase details (vendors information, invoices and pricing) to internal databases.
  • Track shipments and address any delays.
  • Liaise with warehouse staff and other internal teams to test products? quality (status upon delivery and storage conditions).
  • Keep updated inventory records (including daily shipments).
  • Prepare inventory documentation: this involves accurately recording type, quantity, quality, and other features of inventory for a clear understanding of the state of the stocks.
  • Oversee the constant flow of stocks in and out of the companys warehouse facility.
  • Maintain daily invoices and shipment records to ascertain the state of all stocks.
  • Develop an Inventory Management System to define Minimum, Maximum and reorder points for each SKU according to sales forecast, working capital & suppliers lead times.
  • Communicate with the Procurement Manager about current stock and potential issues with orders.
  • Conduct daily analyses to forecast potential inventory issues.
  • Report on inventory activities and variances.
  • Assess new inventory to ensure it is ready for shipping or delivery.
  • Develop and implement inventory control procedures and best practices.
  • Define new SKUs on the Warehouse management System.
  • Control and manage inbound processes for all stores.
  • Work with the finance team to identify control and eliminate discrepancies.
