Duties and Responsibilities:Assesses, plans, implements, evaluates and documents nursing care of patients in accordance with organizational policies and in accordance with standards of professional nursing practice utilizing the framework for professional nursing practice and development.Assures quality of care by adhering to therapeutic standards; measuring health outcomes against patient care goals and standards; making or recommending necessary adjustments; following hospital and nursing divisions philosophies and standards.Provides comprehensive, safe ana effective evidence based nursing care to achieve identified health outcomes. Promotes hearing environment.Prepares rooms, sterile instruments, equipment and supplies, and ensure that stock of supplies is maintained.Provides high level communication skills.Refers and co-ordinates the patients discharge arrangements with the case manager in accordance with DSFH discharge policy.Berforms other QI responsibilities as delegated from time to time by the Nurse Manager.Creates partnerships with patients and families to establish goals and plans for delivery of patient-centered care.Perform duties as per the code of conduct requirement and ethical standards as outlined in the HCM policies and guidelines.Apply NowYou will be redirected to the company website to apply for this position.
