Job PurposeLead the development effective interactions throughout the registration, qualification, and evaluation of suppliers and contribute to the Supplier Relationship Manager in other supplier development activities. Key Duties and ResponsibilitiesFunctional ResponsibilitiesEnsure to facilitate the registration and qualification of suppliers and ensure appropriate review and documentation of supplier information in procurement system.Lead the evaluation of suppliers performance in coordination with RCU Business Owners, Procurement Category Managers and suppliers and propose performance improvement measures.Ensure the blacklisting and disqualification of suppliers, supplier risk management, and supplier development and supplier portfolio segmentation.Ensure to drive resolution of supplier issues and complaints, and the escalation of issues to relevant RCU stakeholders for the execution of necessary actions.Lead the analysis of supplier markets and development of category-specific supplier portfolios and support the development of category strategies and the execution of tenders where required.Provide support to Procurement Category Managers.Perform any job-related activities as requested by the line Manager.
