Enforces development and implementation of department procedures, as well as planning activitiesfor all departments (Technical Support, IT, Supply Chain and Project.
Analyzes budget impact and coordinate departments cost with Finance Department.
Ensures implementation of ERP for smooth operations.
Sets up monitoring plans for predicting work process and plant system problem.
Stimulates the identification of problem and solutions for plant, unit and system reliability andperformance.
Reviews manpower requirements according to department work load.
Coordinates and partners with corporate support departments to maintain efficient and timelyprovisions of administrative and personnel support to all plant employees.
Regularly updates the General Manager on department status and gets/enforces directives onpertinent departmental issues.
Leads the whole support departments (Technical Support, IT, Supply Chain and Project) and supportO&M team (Power, Desalination, Maintenance and Chemistry).
