Drive the master planning, design, estimation, and internal project approvals and create a governance mechanism to oversee the implementation of project plans and key milestones.
Lead the planning and organizing phase of development projects and control resource allocation and schedules.
Prepare project feasibility analysis and make recommendations to the senior leadership team for advancing projects.
Review architectural, Mechanical, Electrical and Plumbing (), and structural drawings to ensure the design meets the project requirements for all assigned projects.
Monitor dependencies across multiple inter-related projects.
Develop budgets for projects and drive adherence to deliver against established business goals / objectives.
Monitor adherence to internal and external quality standards for all projects.
Support engineering teams in resolution of technical / logistical issues in order to complete the project on time and within the allocated budget.
Review procurement requirements shared by engineering teams and ensure adherence to budgets and quality norms.
Coordinate with internal legal team to evaluate and obtain legal clearances for all projects.
Gather and report consolidated project status and financial information to management.
Research and identify best development practices and make recommendations to senior leadership team on incorporation of changes.
