Job Description

Sr. LEED Specialist I AFET I KSAOverview of the role:Seeking a LEED AP BD+C with experience in collaborative design projects in Hotels, health care, mixed use,higher education and commercial markets. Must have minimum of 5 years? experience with green building principles and practices, sustainable design means and methods, versed in LEED Online, LEED documentation compliance and certification process for LEED (BD+C) v4/v4.1. The Candidate is responsible for providing feasibility analysis on specifications, material case studies, develop and maintain waste management and cost material calculations for efficient tracking, review and process LEED submittals, product research and evaluation, LEED educate subcontractors. The candidate is also responsible for processing certified, assisting with the subcontractor procurement process, process submittals and credit intent, ratings system, and exact requirements.ÿWhat you will do:Responsible for:

  • Prepare LEED documentation compliance and certification process for LEED (BD+C) v4/v4.1
  • Experience green building principles and practices, sustainable design means and methods.
  • Responsible for providing feasibility analysis on specifications, material case studies.
  • Develop and maintain waste management and cost material calculations for efficient tracking
