Job Description

Sihamco Group is seeking a highly skilled and creative Senior Graphic Designer to join our team. As a Senior Graphic Designer, you will be responsible for creating visually appealing and impactful designs that align with our brand identity across various platforms and mediums. You will collaborate with the marketing team to conceptualize and execute design projects that effectively communicate our message and enhance our brand image.Responsibilities

  • Create and design visual concepts, graphics, and layouts for various marketing materials, including print and digital assets
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to understand the project requirements and objectives
  • Develop and present design concepts for approval
  • Produce high-quality designs that align with our brand guidelines
  • Ensure all design projects are completed within the given timeline
  • Coordinate with external vendors and printing agencies to ensure accurate and timely production of marketing materials
  • Stay updated with industry trends and design best practices
  • Mentor and provide guidance to junior designers
Requirements
  • Dynamic Motion Graphics: Develop captivating and dynamic motion graphics to enhance visual concepts, layouts, and graphics for a range of marketing materials, including both print and digital assets
  • Collaborative Spirit: Work closely with our marketing team to understand project requirements and objectives, ensuring your motion graphic designs effectively convey our message and strengthen our brand identity
  • Innovative Conceptualization: Bring your creative vision to life by conceptualizing and presenting innovative design concepts that align with project goals and brand standards
  • Brand Consistency: Produce high-quality motion graphic designs that seamlessly align with our established brand guidelines, maintaining a cohesive visual identity
  • Project Ownership: Take ownership of design projects, ensuring timely completion while upholding the highest standards of quality and creativity
  • Vendor Collaboration: Collaborate with external vendors and printing agencies, leveraging your expertise to ensure accurate and timely production of marketing materials featuring motion graphics
  • Stay Ahead: Keep abreast of industry trends and design best practices, infusing fresh and innovative ideas into your motion graphic designs
  • Mentorship: Provide mentorship and guidance to junior designers, contributing to a collaborative and growth-oriented team environment
