Your new role, whats involved?

Contract Management:
Administer and manage contracts for engineering, design, and construction projects in compliance with Saudi government regulations.
Handle the entire contract lifecycle, from pre-qualification and tendering to contract award, execution, and post-award administration.
Cost Estimation & Quantity Surveying:
Provide expertise in cost estimation, quantity surveying, and budget management for construction projects.
Review and validate cost proposals, change orders, and variations, ensuring alignment with project budgets and scope.
Contract Documentation:
Prepare and review contract documents, agreements, and correspondences to ensure accuracy and compliance.
Monitor contract performance and track key milestones, deliverables, and deadlines.
Government Regulations & Compliance:
Ensure that contracts are in full compliance with Saudi Arabian government regulations and procurement standards.
Advise internal teams on regulatory requirements, contractual terms, and conditions to mitigate risks.
Risk Management:
Identify and assess potential risks related to contracts and recommend strategies to mitigate them.
Assist in the negotiation and resolution of disputes or claims related to contracts.
Collaboration & Communication:
Collaborate with other project teams, including engineering, procurement, and legal departments, to ensure smooth contract execution.
Maintain regular communication with clients, contractors, and other stakeholders to resolve any contractual issues.
