?????????Interacts with NMA Management, teammates, and NEOM call center to respond to Animal and Pest Control related requests for services for both commercial and residential.?????????Determine actions needed to control and prevent infestations of plant and animal pests?????????Ensure compliance with laws and directives. Maintain tools, equipment, facilities and relevant storage areas.?????????Evaluate proposed work to determine resource and cost/labor estimates.?????????Draft a pest management plan for NEOM that allows integration of various tools and strategies, considers environmental consequences of actions, and is adaptive to a wide range of pest issues, while effectively providing for the safety of employees. The plan will be compliant with local laws, policies, and management plans.?????????Travel extensively within NEOM and fulfill Animal & Pest Control fieldwork needs. Responds to complaints about animals, removes wild animals from residences, and enforces applicable NEOM ordinances and regulations. Removes deceased animals from residential areas, and roadways according to department protocol. ?????????Conduct pest management surveys, Wildlife trapping & removal, General pest control?????????Integrated Pest/Population Management (IPM)?????????Seek, identify, destroy, control and deter pests using knowledge of pests? biology and habits?????????Perform calls and audits to verify proper service has been completed. Assists with animal emergencies cases as needed ?????????Deals with animals that are high-risk, rabid, critically injured, or sick animals impounded in the field. Transfers dead animals to landfill and unloads.?????????Enters data necessary for tracking complaints, pest & animals, reports, into NMA data base.?????????Implement all the skills required to be responsible for the daily operations of a animal and pest removal activities.?????????Follow a service schedule within an assigned territory, ensuring safe and timely arrival at each location as needed.?????????Communicate (verbal and written) with stakeholders to ensure a high degree of service and satisfaction.?????????Uploading digital photographs; reviewing photographic logs.?????????Completing animal & Pest control site forms.?????????Assisting with development of map figures for technical reports.?????????Performs related duties as required.
