That?s why all our employees enjoy access to dynamic career opportunities across different fields and industries.We have an opportunity for Sr Controllership Supervisor in Dhahran, Eastern Province, KSA to support the Enterprise Controllership Model and ensure alignment with the target Finance Operating Model and key stakeholders, ensure consistency with Commercial Finance, Finance Operations and Specialist Functions and assist Honeywell Finance Leadership to drive Controllership HOS initiatives and improve process standardization, effectiveness and organizational productivity.Sr Controllership Supervisor Responsibilities:Drive and co-ordinate the period-end closing activities. Ensure the accounts are recorded and reported on-time, with quality and in full compliance with US GAAPEnsure timely and accurate filing of statutory financial requirements/statementsManage finance operation and/or outsourced service providers for preparing statutory filingsReview and approve statutory filings and other ad hoc reports required by government authoritiesPartner with Honeywell Tax department to (1) Review and ensure the timely and accurate local income tax filing and tracking of deferred tax assets and liabilities (2) Review and ensure VAT, Business Tax and Withholding Tax returns are filed timely, accurately and completelyClosely work with different stakeholders on the resolution of complex, material accounting issues with alignment with SBGExecute key controls including reviewing key/ high risk Accounts Reconciliation and support performing significant/ high risk Balance Sheet Reviews, and ensure timely remediation of control risksInvestigate accounting and control related matters as assignedManage relationship with internal and external auditors including group, statutory and tax auditorsSupport planning and coordinating all internal and external auditsSupport Honeywell Tax department in all local tax authority examination by maintaining adequate legal entity documentation and providing information as required in a timely mannerEnsure all critical tax matters are escalated timely to Honeywell Tax Department for awareness and resolutionPartner with Honeywell Treasury department to safeguard and optimize free cash, investment of free cash and to coordinate restructuring, acquisition funding, etc.Partner with SBG business leaders to provide value-added finance supportSupport board meetings preparation and presentationSupport IKTEVA and localization programSupport new entity formations and ensure all Honeywell policies and process for FOM model are followed coordinating with all relevant stakeholders.Qualifications and ExperienceUniversity degree in Accounting/Economics/CommerceProfessional qualification required; CMA/CIMA/CPA QualificationGood English language is a mustStrong leadership required, will manage a big team in different remote locations, and will be heavily interacting with leadership teams~10 years with at least 3 years in managerial position ideallyBe remotely managed, and can work independentlyGeneral finance manager role ? leadership traitsStrong communication & presentation skillsWe offerHoneywell offers employees the opportunity to work on the world?s most exciting projects, transforming the cities we live in, the buildings where we work, and the vehicles that move us.Group medical insurance plan Life.Paid annual leave and time off work.A culture that fosters inclusion, diversity and innovation.Market specific training and on-going personal development.If this is your dream role, then wed love to hear from you.We are an equal opportunity employer and value diversity at our company.
