In this role, you will be responsible of:Promotes high HSE standards and seeks to ensure a healthy, safe work environment and working practices at all timesRepresents the business with relevant external stakeholders to communicate and progress Process Engineering issues.Promotes a reliability based approach to drive down equipment lifecycle costs and minimise breakdown maintenance in their areaAnalyzes benchmarking data and recommends changes that would improve plant and engineering performanceCoordinates, develops and reviews complex design work and engineering proposals.Proposes and validates design ideas to improve plant SHE performance, cost effectiveness, operability and maintainabilityProvides coaching and guidance to junior engineers to support development of technical expertise within the company.Liaises with all relevant stakeholders to effectively resolve engineering issues using wide troubleshooting expertise.Minimum Qualification and Experience:Bachelors Degree in a relevant disciplineHeavy industry but preferably the smelting industryChartered/Professional Engineer CertificationKnowledge & Skills Required:Data Gathering,Analysis & Reporting: Proficiency Level 3Analysis and Problem Solving: Proficiency Level 3Leading the Team - LL1Building Capability - LL1Statistical Analysis and Measurement: Proficiency Level 3Critical Thinking and Decision Making: Proficiency Level 3Leading Collaboratively - LL1 OperationsSupport Services: Proficiency Level 3Driving Change - LL1Delivering Results - LL1You will be redirected to the company website to apply for this position
