Matching with your Profile Years of Experience** 6 - 8 YearsEducation RequirementBachelor DegreeDuties & Responsibilities (shall include but not be limited to): · Maintain compliance program activities including planning, organizing, directing, and reporting Occupational Health issues. · Maintain and improve programs across all Occupational Health to comply with Occupational Health regulations, internal policies, and standards. · Provide support in reviewing prospective Occupational Health legislation and regulations to determine the impact on current or future operations and projects. · Manage the companys compliance assurance through software systems (i.e. Synergi Life, SharePoint, Power-Bi, etc.), training, HSE Management Systems, compliance tracking, procedures, auditing, etc. · Provide operational support when required, on all Occupational Health issues. · Develop, maintain, and enhance Occupational Health compliance programs. · Identify and implement initiatives that support the Corporate HSE and Sustainability goals. · Serve as Occupational Health focal point of contact and provide technical support for company personnel and manage initiatives. · Develop and write HSE related procedures and processes based on Occupational Health regulations and industry best practice. · Conduct, where required, awareness sessions pertaining to Occupational Health compliance and standards.Job Requirements· Bachelors degree in HSE or a related field. · Professional license issued by the Saudi MOH, and a Health Specialties (SCFHS) issued registration card. · Training certification in Occupational Health by a recognized training institution.
