Specialist, Hygiene & Food Safety - Non-Airline Service # 5007031Auditing and observes all QHSE related activities and policies within a location including remote sites to ensure that activities comply with the company policies, standards & applicable local laws.Implementing, and improving the QHSE system, programs, and procedures and keep record for all Quality, Health, Safety and Environment related documents in accordance with ISO 9001, HACPP, ISO 22000, ISO 45001 of a location.Ensures operations are conducted in a safe and efficient manner and in conformance to SACC regulation, procedures and manuals by integrating and implementing company and customer policies and procedures.Overall responsible for conducting Hygiene, Food Safety & QHSE audits and inspections of the a locations (including remote sites) to ensure that activities comply with the company policies, standards & applicable local laws.Ensure the safe operation of each unit and provide a link between the company and those on the offshore.Responsible for safety, ensuring a safe place of work, documenting and reviewing risk assessments, maintaining the accident record book, ensuring compliance with HSE regulationsBuild effective relationships with clients, subcontractors and partners to support company?s core safety valuesOngoing review, implementation and auditing of the management system to ensure on going compliance with relevant legislation.Review QHSE correspondence and maintain document control systemsCoordinating and conducting internal QHSE audits ensuring non- conformances are closed out as per agreed timescales.Assessing and monitoring impacts of HSE legislative changesGeneration and issue of safety alerts and company?s monthly QHSE newsletters.Collating all master?s annual reviews with preparation and issue of management responsesReporting and analysis of non-conformities, accidents and hazardous occurrences and at year end to analysis all accidents, incidents report to management.SkillsAble to implement the requirements QHSE function.Sound knowledge of Hygiene & Food Safety & HACCP.Able to set and conduct Hygiene & Food Safety and QHSE inspection and implementation.Extensive understanding of quality assurance, health and safety, environmental management and security management.* In depth understanding of international standards and procedures and to make appropriate decisions based on this knowledge.Job Location Dammam, Saudi Arabia Job Role Quality Control Years of Experience Max: 3
