The Specialist Anaesthesiologist is responsible for providing anaesthesia care to patients undergoing surgical procedures. This includes preoperative assessments, administering anaesthesia , monitoring patients during surgery, and managing postoperative careClient DetailsOur client is a well establish Hospital in Hafar Al - Batin, they are looking to add the position of a Specialist Anaesthesiologist to their team of specialist.DescriptionKey Responsibilities:Preoperative Assessment:Conduct thorough preoperative evaluations of patients to determine their suitability for anaesthesia.Develop anaesthesia care plans tailored to individual patient needs.Anaesthesia Administration:Administer various types of anaesthesia (general, regional, local) during surgical and medical procedures.Adjust anaesthesia levels as needed to ensure patient comfort and safety.Intraoperative Monitoring:Monitor patients vital signs and overall condition during surgery.Respond to any changes in patients conditions promptly and effectively.Postoperative Care:Manage patients recovery from anaesthesia, ensuring smooth transition to postoperative care.Address any complications or adverse reactions to anaesthesia.Collaboration:Work closely with surgeons, nurses, and other healthcare professionals to provide integrated patient care.Participate in multidisciplinary team meetings to discuss patient care plans.Patient Safety and Quality Assurance:Adhere to hospital policies and protocols regarding patient safety and infection control.Participate in continuous quality improvement initiatives and training programs.Documentation:Maintain accurate and detailed patient records, including anaesthesia plans, intraoperative notes, and postoperative progress.ProfileEducation:Medical degree (MD or equivalent) from an accredited institution.Completion of a residency program in anaesthesiology.Certification and Licensure:Board certification in Anaesthesiology.Valid medical license to practice in Saudi Arabia.Experience:Minimum of 3-5 years of experience as an anaesthesiologist.Experience in a variety of surgical procedures and anaesthesia techniques.Skills:Strong clinical skills and knowledge of anaesthesia practices and procedures.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Ability to work effectively in a multidisciplinary teamJob OfferThe role offers a competitive salary with Medical Insurance and Annual Flight Tickets as benefits.
