  • Provide Spare Parts support to Spare Dealers/Customers in Saudi Arabia
  • Spot the Spare Parts Sales Opportunities in Service from Spare parts dealers and convert
them to orders and revenue through support from Technical Service Team
  • Understand and manage customer expectations on Spare parts requirements
  • keeping in mind Promptness Reliability and Kindness which is the fundamental
  • Convert every lead into opportunities from Distributors for Service and Parts
  • Process customer Spare Parts orders in SAP on time and improve customer
satisfactionÿ
