Job Description

Our client isan appliance, Electrical, and Electronics Manufacturingcompany. They are now looking for asolutions Managerto join them. Roles & Responsibilities

  • Develop comprehensive sales plans to identify and produce steady pipeline of prospects.
  • Utilize the deep technical knowledge to educate sales team on all product lineup.
  • Work with projects sales to design sales offers covering the maximum product range
  • Ensure that projects sales are met and adhere to the approved budget . Work with branch managers, SBU managers and business manager to develop new sales channels and sales initiatives.
  • Report to direct manger about budget execution, maintain the GM and implement KPIs .
  • Create new strategic for engineering solution business.
  • Develop strong relations with high end-users / developers
  • Handle the technical, and commercial communication, after service agreements and liabilities with local and international vendors.
  • Prepare technical proposals and review contracts with customers and vendors.
  • Identifying new engineering products with factories, SBUs, Service department,s and vendors
  • Delivering commitment to the customer by managing and supervising the agreed services with the customer
Preference. Arabic Speakers . Immediate Joiners Qualifications:-
  • More than 10 Years of relevant industry experience regionally
  • Proven Track record in managing major key and landmark projects (product, solution & execution) . Experience of working in international and multicultural environments
  • Previous Employment with Major Competition / HVAC Manufacturers
  • Knowledge about major players products and prices for HVAC price index
