Matching with your Profile Years of Experience** 2 - 3 YearsExperience LevelMid-LevelEducation RequirementBachelor DegreeKey AccountabilitiesMain ResponsibilitiesSales Support* Continuously liaise with the TAQA OFSE Sales team and support building and maintaining client relationships through technically sound service offerings.* Liaise directly with the client engineering department to deep dive into client requirements and customize services accordingly.* Follow up proactively with existing clientele for any further support required and hence maintain client relationships through assigned district/region.Service Offering Design* Develop and issue state-of-the-art technical proposals by following the approved TAQA process.* Customize proposals and implementable solutions for clients through deep subject matter expertise.Incident Response* Evaluate any management of change on site and propose actionable solutions to the operations team ensuring proactive responseProject Evaluation* Analyze all stages of an assignment and report best practices and development areas along with prevention and mitigation measures to ensure successful future designs.Build Technical Knowledge and Talent* Develop and present Cementing best practices in Technical Cementing Societies and Forums.* Develop new strategies for promoting TAQAs technology and people expertise.· Facilitate training sessions for less experienced personnel and extend mentorship support to them.* Undertake research to keep self, updated with new trends and technology in the Cementing domain and field in order to be on top of clients needs and pricing opportunities.Process Control* Support the reporting manager in modification, automation and implementation of process. Controls, to ensure standardization, optimization and effectiveness of departmental activities on a daily basis.Policies, Systems, Processes & Procedures* Act as the custodian of all QA&QC policies, processes and procedure manual, so that work is carried out in a controlled and consistent manner.* Contribute to cost-efficient usage of all applicable resources to reduce wastage and unnecessary expense.Operational Excellence* Share ideas and viewpoints to further streamline processes, thus driving efficiency and improvements across the organization.* Identify opportunities for continuous improvement across ones scope of work in order to achieve the Groups mission, vision and strategy.Quality, Health, Safety, & Environment (QHSE)* Adhere to all relevant QHSE procedures, instructions and controls in line with QHSE policies and procedures to ensure safe, secure and environment to customers, the public, and its own people.Change Management* Manage self during a change and identify opportunities to take part in change initiatives, programs and projects that reflect international best practice and changes in the competitive environment.Job RequirementsEducation / Qualifications:* Required: Bachelor in EngineeringRelevant Experience:* 2 3 years of direct field exposure and 2-3 years of Cementing job design experienceBenefitsFamily Benefits Medical Insurance
