Our ClientThe worlds largest automation-driven, application-focused Cloud Managed Services Provider (MSP), helping businesses worldwide to accelerate their digital transformation journey through our innovative solutions.Job Title: Pre-Sales Solution ArchitectLocation: Riyadh, Saudi ArabiaJob Overview:We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Pre-Sales Solution Architect to join our team in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. The successful candidate will play a critical role in identifying and qualifying opportunities, creating and delivering technical presentations and proposals, supporting the sales team in closing deals, and responding to RFPs.Key Responsibilities:

  • Work with the sales team to understand customer requirements and identify opportunities for our services.
  • Create and deliver technical presentations and proposals to clients, demonstrating the value of our solutions.
  • Collaborate with the engineering team to design and architect solutions that meet customer needs and requirements.
  • Conduct product demos and provide technical guidance to clients during the sales process.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including customers, partners, and internal teams.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends and technologies and leverage that knowledge to help drive sales.
  • Develop and maintain knowledge of our product and service offerings.
  • Respond to RFPs by coordinating with the sales and engineering teams to develop solutions that meet customer requirements and deadlines.
  • Prepare technical documentation and pricing proposals for RFP responses.
Requirements:
  • Bachelors or Masters degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 7 years of experience in Pre-sales Solution Architecture, with a focus on cloud services & managed services.
  • Excellent presentation and communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex technical solutions to both technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Strong technical background in cloud infrastructure, applications, security, and automation.
  • Experienced with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, and Google Cloud Platform.
  • Experience working in a fast-paced environment with the ability to manage multiple projects and priorities.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Fluent in English
  • Arabic is a plus
