Site Project Manager - Fire Protection & Detection ProjectMain Role: To Oversee Fire protection EPC Industrial project in Neom GHE Plant.Budget: Max: total package 15,000- 20,000 K depending upon skills and interview assessmentAnnual Leave: 30 calendar daysFAT: Provided(optional)Work location: Duba for Neom projectWorking hours: As per project Hours Working hours per day: 10 hours/dayWorking days per week: 6 days/weekRequirements:•Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering. Master’s degree is a plus•Minimum 5 to 7 years of relevant experience in Leading/Managing Site Project team on Fire Protection Projects•Minimum 10 to 12 years of overall industrial experience.•Certificate requirement: PMP, NFPA certified.Technical knowledge, skills & abilities required:•Experienced in oil and gas Industrial Construction Projects.•Good knowledge NFPA compliance requirements.•Good Knowledge of All fire fighting systems.•Good Knowledge of Project Control, workflow, documentation requirements, procedures.•Good knowledge of multiple phases of the project and its respective requirements.•Good knowledge in the managing of finishing and punch listing activities•Leadership and charismatic personality•Good communication skills
