Overview of the role:Ensuring effective management of petty cash and accounts payable�What you will do:Responsible for:

Ensure effective cash management by paying cash as per business requirements & posting the entries in the system accurately with correct GL & VAT requirements.�Ensure all guidelines & DOA procedures are followed & to check the documents prior to paying cash�
Submit the petty cash reimbursement voucher along with supporting documents to HO via electronic system for reimbursement as per DOA
To Review past records for all Sub allocations issued & to analyze the average amount spent per month in order to reduce or cancel the unwanted sub allocations. In addition, to have a watch on IOU?s issued & to ensure timely closing of IOU?s with appropriate accounting documents
To analyze & highlight to the LM on the unwanted cash purchases done by various departments with vendors where in credit terms are available & thereby maintaining a balanced cash flow�
To do quarterly petty cash utilization analysis & trend, ensure to send daily cash movement reports�
To record of all scrap sale & to get approved documents for scrap sale & cash being received & deposited and accounted properly and timely. To highlight management for any issues / discrepancies.
