Job Description

We are seeking a Site Manager to oversee our new infrastructure and road projects abroad. The ideal candidate should have a strong background in Civil Engineering with at least 15 years of experience in large-scale infrastructure, particularly in road projects. Experience in the Middle East and North Africa (MENA) regions is required, along with a high level of English proficiency and preferably good Arabic proficiency.Key Responsibilities

  • Manage all on-site activities related to infrastructure and road projects.
  • Coordinate with teams and subcontractors to ensure project timelines and objectives are met.
  • Provide leadership to ensure smooth operations in a fast-paced environment.
  • Collaborate with engineers, designers, and project stakeholders to meet technical requirements.
  • Oversee planning, scheduling, and resource allocation for project milestones.
  • Ensure compliance with safety regulations and quality standards.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for client representation on site.
  • Regularly reports construction progress to the client and discusses any operational adjustments needed with onsite client representatives.
