General Requirement:• A degree in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering.• Proven experience in site engineering, particularly in projects.• Strong understanding of building codes and regulations.• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.• Ability to manage projects efficiently and solve problems on-site.Technical and quality assurance:• Interpret technical drawings, diagrams, and submittals.• Ensure installation adheres to design, quality standards, and relevant industry codes (e.g., ISHRAE, ASHRAE, NEC).• Conduct quality checks on the work performed by laborers and contractors.• Rectify any mistakes or non-compliance issues found during Installation & inspections.• Perform and lead testing, commissioning, and troubleshooting of the installed systems.• Ensure proper use of materials and maintain records of their usage.• Able to do site visits as per SOW to judge the exact client’s requirements.• Expert in Auto CAD, Excel, M/s Office• Should have good Technical knowledge in field.Safety and compliance:• Implement and enforce safety measures to ensure compliance with environmental, health, and safety (EHS) norms & CompanyPolicy.• Ensure that all construction activities follow safety policies and procedures.Documentation and client interaction:• Interact with clients, consultants, and project managers to provide site updates and obtain approvals.• Prepare and maintain Daily Time sheets, site reports, including progress reports and test reports.Nationality:• Indian/ Pakistani
