Key Responsibilities:Supervise and coordinate daily site activities to ensure smooth workflowInterpret construction drawings and specifications, ensuring proper implementationMonitor progress and ensure work is carried out as per approved plans and standardsCoordinate with subcontractors, consultants, and site teams for timely executionEnsure compliance with safety regulations and quality control measures on-siteReport daily progress, site issues, and material requirements to the Project ManagerVerify site measurements and assist in preparing BOQs and work estimatesResolve technical issues and recommend practical solutions during constructionQualifications & Experience:Bachelor?s degree in Civil Engineering[5] years of relevant experience in construction site supervision, preferably in [residential/commercial/infrastructure] projectsGood knowledge of construction methods, materials, and legal regulationsProficient in AutoCAD, MS Office, and site management toolsStrong organizational, communication, and leadership skills
