Sit work:

Before a periodical inspection
Support for mobilization and Demobilization for carrying all necessary parts, equipment, tools and so on for periodical inspection
Preparation of gate pass (Including for all periodical inspection agencies and venders?
Arrange the approval from the client for utilizing Aramco equipment such as crane, forklift etc.
Gate pass management for all member under the name of Company including any agents and venders
Help of customers requests on periodical inspection and informing TA of it
Signing the time sheet of TA
Review and signing a report of delay in inspection process
Issuing necessary letter such as EOT letter to the customer
Arrange and adjust the hotel reservation and transportation for TA between site and hotel and/or designated camp
Adjusting the schedule with a site coordinator is necessary
Arrange and adjust the transportation from/ to airport for technical adviser
Confirmation of number of persons at the time of departure from the hotel
Transfer necessary equipment from the site to the company
Providing equipment as necessary (printer paper, mobile, portable WI-FI, ink etc.)
Inform the security information to all of site member
Keep the office environment clean

Other Duties and Responsibilities:Admin work:

Prepare letters and invitation and attestation
Update offices equipment and related
Receiving and sending mails (DHL...)
Arranging telecommunication for inspector
Guide the driver with training for all locations
Performs any other tasks within area of specialty as assigned (Government websites)
