Job Description

JOB DESCRIPTION

  • Experience in ServiceNow Solution Architecture.
  • Experience in ServiceNow Implementation Specialization Certifications in Discovery, Service Mapping and Event Management.
  • Experience in IT Service Management.
  • Ability to handle solution architecture delivery.
QUALIFICATIONS
  • 10+ years of experience is required.
  • Bachelors in computer science or any relevant filed, Masters is a plus.
  • Extensive Hands-on Experience 0f 5+ Years in ServiceNow is required.
  • Extensive experience in ITSM, Discovery, Service Mapping and Event Management.
  • Experience in ServiceNow Solution Architect as a Delivery Lead.
  • Delivered 5+ ServiceNow Projects and at least 3+ implementations of discovery, service mapping and event management.
  • Has developed ServiceNow Experience as solution architect.
  • Posses very strong communication and presentation skills.
  • Fluent in English and preferably Arabic as well.
