You will ensure that Baker Hughes maximizes its short and long term revenue and profit opportunities. You will coordinate job activities to ensure execution in line with customer expectations and contract terms and conditions.As Service Delivery Coordinator, your main objective will be to ensure Operational Readiness within the day to day activities of the Coiled Tubing operations department Auditing equipment and personnel readiness processes within the operations base and in field locations Communicating with the R&M department on equipment readiness Directly contribute to reducing/avoiding NPT events by maximizing adherence to readiness processes Auditing field locations to ensure quality assurance Actively contribute in incident investigations as required, and lessons learnt processes as required Actively interacting with the client in the field Protecting the health and safety of our personnel and the environment. Conducting all activities in line with our non-negotiables, applicable processes and cultural pillars Ensuring the assigned contracts/quotes are fully understood and capitalized upon Acting as primary contact for client for job preparation, execution and close out Being responsible for scheduling and dispatching of resources in line with job requirementsFuel your passionTo be successful in this role you will: Have a Bachelors degree in relevant discipline 10+ years in Oil & Gas IndustryClient management skills Have experience in position of supervision / coordination of well interventions/coiled tubing operations Have technical knowledge and engineering understanding towards coiled tubing Be able to demonstrate good hands-on knowledge and experience of coiled tubing Demonstrate Intermediate / Advanced EnglishWork in a way that works for youWe recognize that everyone is different and that the way in which people want to work and deliver at their best is different for everyone too.
