Immediate joiners preferredLocation : Riyadh, Saudi ArabiaRoles & Responsibilities:-Windows Server Administration:-Install, configure, and maintain Windows Server operating systems (2012, 2016, 2019, and 2022).-Perform server patching and updates, ensuring systems are up-to-date with the latest security patches.-Monitor and maintain server health, performance, and availability.-Troubleshoot and resolve server-related issues, ensuring minimal downtime.Active Directory (AD) Management:-Administer and maintain Active Directory (AD), including user/group management, domain controllers, and Organizational Units (OUs).-Perform regular backups and disaster recovery procedures for AD and associated services.-Implement and enforce AD security policies, including password policies, account lockout policies, and group memberships.-Assist in Active Directory migrations and integrations with other systems.Power BI & Reporting:-Support Power BI reports, dashboards, and data visualization for internal teams.-Assist in integrating data sources into Power BI for analysis and reporting.-Collaborate with other team members to develop and maintain reporting solutions.-Use Power BI to create ad-hoc reports based on business requirements.Collaboration & Documentation:-Provide technical support for internal teams and end-users regarding Windows Server and AD issues.-Collaborate with other IT teams on system integrations and troubleshooting.Education:-Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.Experience:-5+ years of experience in Windows Server administration and support.-Hands-on experience with Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, and Group Policy management.-Basic knowledge of Power BI for report creation and data visualization.-Experience with server backups, system monitoring, and troubleshooting.Technical Skills:-Proficiency in Windows Server OS (2012/2016/2019/2022).-Strong understanding of Active Directory management.-Basic knowledge of Power BI, including data importing and report creation.-Familiarity with scripting (PowerShell preferred).-Strong understanding of network services such as TCP/IP, DNS, and DHCP.Certifications (Preferred but not required):-Microsoft Certified: Windows Server or Microsoft Certified: Azure Fundamentals.-Microsoft Certified: Power BI Certification (DA-100 or equivalent).
