Coordinate the space planning and functional layout relevant to the individual project in coordination with the design team. Actively participating in discussions of projects objectives and design requirements. Assisting with provision of technical advice and support for issues related to architectural and site specifications. Ability to fully interpret construction plans, specifications, and inspection procedures. Providing detailed shop drawings and technical documents to supervision team and sub-contractors working at site. Expert knowledge of international specifications and standard codes. Required to review all shop drawings and technical submittals in coordination with the Head of Technical department prior to submitting these to the client/ construction department/subcontractor. Coordinating all technical aspects of a particular project or several projects Simultaneously as assigned by the Managers. Providing verbal and/or written responses to technical site clarifications and ensuring the same is documented appropriately. Ability to organize self while managing multiple projects and meeting required deadlines. Assist on preparation of BOQ and calculation of materials. Assist on preparation of as built documents. (If required) The ability to multi-task, handling numerous concurrent requests in an extremely fast-paced environment. Following the consultant on preparing technical specifications submission and detailed drawings. Prepare detailed joinery works drawings and custom furniture as per designers. Attending design discussions with the Engineers, Architects, and other team members. Compiling data, specification sheets and job reports. Storing and filing the projects for future references. Coordinate with project teams involved. The ability to prepare technical data sheets for the materials used on the projects. Prepare cutting list for the joinery works if required.
