As aTechnical Leadon our team, you will provide strategic technical guidance to proactively improve the performance, reliability, security, and cost-effectiveness of customers solutions using industry best practices. TheTechnical Leadwill be in charge of evaluating the work processed and implementing technology solutions to meet the businesss current and future needs. The ideal candidate encourages an environment that promotes customer service, excellence, innovation, collaboration, and teamwork.ResponsibilitiesAnalyze customer data and ensure reporting compliance.Implement constant efficiency improvement & problem-solving processes.Lead technical innovation and automation for the services provided to customers.Organize technical teams, distribute work and monitor progress, quality assurance, and performance, in a multidisciplinary team environment.Work closely with the Team Leaders on the planning and execution of program development activities.Assist the Program Director and Operations Manager in optimizing production team efficiency.Development of ASP.Net based web applications. PHP is advanced AlsoAssist Technical Project Manager in updating and processing information.Assist Architecture and Standards team to validate designs and standards.Perform coding, bug verification, unit testing and integration testing.Support enterprise systems and applications.Set designs and standards and enforce across all applications.Implement software, technical applications and system changes.Conduct meetings on software designs and applications and code reviews.Develop enterprise coding standards and drive process improvements.Research, document and troubleshoot related technical problems.Develop Enterprise Application Blocks and custom controls.Troubleshoot problems in security, remoting, threading, and serialization.Validate requirements of the business needs and initiate processes.Undertake major development initiatives.QualificationsBachelors Degree in Computer-related - Required9 + years of experience in a Related field or the equivalent combination of education and experience.experience leading technical teams in a client service capacity; Machine Learning or similar environment/domain preferred.Analysis and problem solving: Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills with a solution-oriented mindset.Well-organized, detail-oriented, has great communication skills and thrives in a fast-paced environment.Experience working in cloud environments (Azure, Google, AWS) and container-based architecture.Possesses strong technical aptitude.Demonstrates problem solving skills.Demonstrates a high commitment to quality.
