Quest Search and Selection is working with an exciting and fashion-forward luxury company as they look for an outstanding Senior Store Attendant to join their team in Saudi Arabia. We are ideally looking for someone with strong sales experience in fashion retail and supervising store operations.As a Senior Store Attendant, you will:- Oversee daily shop operations and achieve sales targets- Build and foster customer relationships, manage escalations in a timely manner, and update them of new promotions and special offers- Ensure merchandising follows the shops standard and brand guidelines- Monitor stock availability and replenishment- Keep updated with latest product trends- Supervise staff and maintain shops housekeeping standardsDesirable skills ang background:- Minimum 2 years experience as a Sales Attendant or equivalent in the Fashion Retail industry- Strong customer service orientation, communication, and supervisory skills- Proven experience in handling different types of clients and executing selling techniques- Excellent verbal and written communication skills- Proficient in both English and Arabic (required)- Saudi national and Saudi-basedIf successful, you will work with TOP 100 most powerful and reputable brands in the world.
