Ciphers team of Saudi professionals and experts work tirelessly to develop, customize, and manage digital services and cybersecurity solutions for SMEs to ensure their peace of mind.Role DescriptionWe are looking for a Full-time Senior Sales Specialist located in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. As a Senior Sales Specialist, your main responsibility is to drive sales revenue and build long-term relationships with prospective and existing clients. You will be required to engage with customers to understand their businesses better and provide them with solutions to meet their cybersecurity needs. The Senior Sales Specialist will report to the Sales Manager and work collaboratively with the Sales and Marketing Team to achieve sales targets.Job Responsibilities

  • Experience in selling Cyber Security Services.
  • Develop closing plans for targeted opportunities and drive opportunities to closure.
  • Manage prospecting and sales activities with a focus on Services pipeline growth.
  • Develop opportunities and relations with end-users/customers.
  • Develop relationships with key partners/customers for the growth of our Services.
  • Update and manage pipeline and prepare revenue forecasts.
Required Skills & Qualifications
  • 2-4 years of experience in Cybersecurity Services Sales
  • Proven track record in developing new business and managing B2B sales cycles, from lead generation to closing contracts.
  • Strong customer-facing skills to develop and sustain ongoing relationships.
  • Excellent customer service skills in a fast-paced environment.
  • Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
